Please check your internet connection. Ensure the device has a stable Wi-Fi or mobile connection. Check if your carrier has good network coverage without any drop or fluctuation in speed. In case the issue persists, please switch the network connection, log out and login again.
Please follow the below troubleshooting steps.
For Android:
- Uninstall and reinstall the app and check again.
- Open the Sadhguru App and login using your registered email address.
- Click on the Inner Engineering banner.
For iOS:
- If there are updates available for your iOS device, please update.
- Go to Settings > General > Software Update.
- Then, go to Settings > General > iPhone Storage.
- Scroll down to the list of apps and tap on the Sadhguru App.
- Tap Delete App. Tap Delete App again to confirm.
- Reinstall the app.
- Open the Sadhguru App and login using your registered email address.
- Click on the Inner Engineering banner.
